We are shipping to certain countries and all of United States. Items are shipped between 10-14 days of order as most items are personalized and products are made upon order.

Because of the nature of items and covid, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. If you have an issue with products please Contact me within 14 days of delivery and Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Conditions of return are Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
